How do I know the price?
The price appears in the app as soon as you enter the route, weight and service type, before you confirm. No hidden fees; any extra charge (actual weight difference, re-attempt, return to sender) is listed in the terms of service.
Who pays, and when?
You choose when creating the shipment: the sender pays at collection, or the receiver pays at delivery. Payment is in cash to the courier or at the hub.
How do I track my parcel?
With the tracking number on the tracking page or inside the app. You also get a message at every step: collected, left the hub, in transit, arrived, delivered.
How is the parcel handed to the receiver?
The receiver shows the verification code or QR from their message or the app, and the courier confirms delivery. A photo, signature and the receiver's name are kept with the delivery.
What cannot be shipped?
Anything illegal, hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, explosive), cash and jewellery unless agreed in writing, and live animals. The full list is in the terms of service (Arabic).
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or from the account deletion page. The account is closed at once and your number is released.
